THE ROLE

Snowflake Inc. is looking for an APJ Marketing Automation & Operations Manager, based in Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney or Melbourne. In the role, you are responsible for supporting the field marketing teams with managing and executing a variety of activities in the Asia Pacific and Japan regions. These activities help drive the marketing team to execute their digital/physical events, demand generation programs and campaigns to build awareness, drive and nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities to close. This position will collaborate closely with Snowflake\'s teams, specifically with the rest of the global marketing operations team and the other marketing teams globally.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who is extremely organized and agile.

The candidate should be able to handle and adapt to a fast paced environment that is frequently changing. The candidate will have to undertake numerous projects simultaneously which they should be able to balance.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MARKETING AUTOMATION & OPERATIONS MANAGER:

  • Execute Marketing programs including email campaigns, landing pages, online advertising, customer communications, and webinars in multiple languages;
  • Maintain Snowflake\'s web presence with new content, as well as localization for multiple regions to reflect the English website;
  • Ensure processes and best practices are in place to maintain the integrity of the CRM data;
  • Segment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Troubleshoot campaign, workflow, data and automation issues in support of the APJ marketing team;
  • Create and update the documentation and support for training on the different marketing tools;
  • Studiously tag all campaigns for accurate, meaningful reporting;
  • Manage list uploads globally and regional CRM data updating and cleansing
  • Support field teams with creation of digital assets for live and virtual events and QA the programs
  • Provide exemplary service to internal customers such as sales, marketing program managers and executives.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 4+ years working experience in a marketing capacity playing offline, digital, and analytical marketing roles
  • Proven and successful experience and expertise in salesforce and marketing automation platforms
  • Demonstrates knowledge in conducting quantitative analyses and forecasting program results
  • Working knowledge of lead flow management and B2B sales processes is a plus
  • Knowledge of website CMS platforms (like Wordpress, Sitecore or AEM), HTML and CSS. If you can read and modify Javascript, even better!
  • Ability to maintain an autonomous, optimistic, approachable, and hands-on mentality. You will be the first marketing automation/operations resource in the region and though the global team will have your back
  • Embodies strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English
