Headquartered in Singapore with an active presence in over 10 countries, the company is principally focusing on Asia Pacific and Latin America. Owner-led, Entoria specializes in solar, wind and energy storage projects, from design, planning and financing to construction and operation.

With rapid expansion plans throughout Southeast Asia, Entoria is looking for a motivated marketing and business development assistant to join our growing Team. Based in Singapore, this hybrid role is an exciting opportunity for you to make high-impact contributions to the business of an established renewable energy company.

Overview

Reporting to the CEO and the head of business development for Southeast Asia, you will be working with our teams on marketing, communication and business development activities across Southeast Asia. This role is a full-time position.

Job description

Location: Singapore

Note: Only applicants who fulfil legal requirements to work in Singapore will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct studies on markets and client segments, contribute to market strategies, and identify new opportunities
• Elaborate and improve marketing materials to be used (presentations and other material)
• Propose and manage digital marketing and communication
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients
• Cooperate with Finance and Technical teams on project/opportunity due diligence and feasibility studies

• Cooperate with other team members in APAC on business opportunities
• Track and report activity progress in the region
• Forecast pipeline conversion and report on project development activities on regular basis
• Manage and improve website and online channels

Entoria aims to foster a lean and agile organization through collaborative practices. Team members may from time-to-time be involved in supporting workstreams outside of their usual scope of work.

Job requirements

Profile

• University Graduate
• Analytical and organized with the high degree of commercial acumen
• Excellent content and visual creation capabilities
• Ability to create and manage digital communications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of the business landscape and culture in Southeast Asia
• Confident communicator in English (other languages are a plus)
• Ability to deliver under pressure while supporting peers in a collaborative environment
• Capability to flourish with minimal guidance and handle ambiguity
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia
