We are seeking a new colleague with excellent communication skills and a strong business and analytical mindset to join our company as a Business Development Assistant.

The Job:

Reporting to the Managing Director & VP Sales, you will be part of the global sales team.

The position will provide a broad range of front line support to the global sales team, offering our products and services worldwide within the offshore oil & gas and offshore wind markets.

Tasks include:

• Assisting in gathering market data and information for development of strategies and for individual tenders
• Analyzing tender pipeline and sales performance data
• Preparing presentation material for sales team meetings as well as for management
• Supporting sales managers in preparing high quality sales material to our clients, including writing executive summaries for our tenders.
• Working closely with the sales team to assist with the implementation of sales and business development initiatives
• Take active part in marketing related activities, including preparing news articles for social media, preparing marketing campaigns etc.
• Making professional project reference letters
• Various ad-hoc tasks

Professional qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Advance Microsoft Office skills and excellent verbal and written communication in English. Mandarin skills will be a plus-point, but not a must for easy communication with our Chinese speaking customers.
• Possess 2-5 years professional experience, not necessarily from the oil & gas industry
• Highly motivated, independent and result oriented person
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload under time pressure in order to deliver to deadlines
• A keen eye for details with good planning and coordinating capabilities
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
