Salesforce is seeking an experienced, well-rounded, dynamic and results-focused marketing professional to join the ASEAN marketing team as a Campaign Manager leading demand generation & integrated marketing programs for the agreed segment and/or buyer portfolio in ASEAN.

Taking direction from the Director Marketing, ASEAN, this role will drive marketing pipeline through a combination of Integrated Campaigns, Events, Digital Marketing, and Brand Awareness; connecting the customer journey with the appropriate mix of multi-cloud, cross-sell and up-sell programs across pipegen and pipe maturation and aligning marketing across clouds, segments, and industries.

This role requires an ability to orchestrate a cross-functional team to deliver bold pipeline generation and lead growth. The candidate needs excellent planning and organisational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with key sales and strategy stakeholders and be accountable for results. Analytical capability is also key for understanding and managing demand generation, forecasting, budgeting, lead flow, and the many moving parts involved in running an effective marketing machine.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customer-driven, locally oriented end-to-end marketing strategies and programs to increase customer demand, positively impact Salesforce brand equity in Asia and meet pipeline goals throughout the funnel. Including lead generation activities, marketing campaigns, awareness building, product & solutions sales support, reference programs, customer & partner marketing, on-line marketing programs.

Collaborate with other marketing and communications specialists to deliver breakthrough ideas and innovation in our go-to-market strategy for net-new business via all relevant mediums and channels (e.g. Digital, events, 3rd party associations, influencers, PR/media, social media and sales programs).

Work closely with the sales leadership teams across Asia to align marketing programs to business and sales objectives and priorities, and ensure all sales targets are met

Coordinate enablement of sales development and sales programs/telemarketing resources.

Improve and apply processes and best practices to ensure program success, making programs globally visible and available, measure outcomes and handle budgets to maximise impact.

Publish frequent campaign scorecards to share performance trends and standard processes with key team members and colleagues.

Collaborate with marketing team members to gain input into the program strategy, campaign approach, creative direction and impact measurement (goals/performance).

Have the capability to orchestrate, negotiate, prioritise and manage project deliverables with other members of the marketing organisation as needed.

Experience/Skills Required:

B2B marketing experience in a campaign manager or marketing manager capacity.

Previous roles working in technology companies and especially cloud and/or marketing to service, sales and/or marketing decision makers is an advantage.

Shown experience leading and developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, pipeline and brand preference (i.e. email, digital, direct mail, print, events and social media)

Consistent track record of building, leading and managing B2B marketing campaigns throughout the pipeline funnel across web, social, email, as well as in-person events and other activities.

A highly professional and collaborative teammate with a positive, can-do attitude.

Shown experience handling marketing budgets, allocating & optimizing spend across tactics and experience with forecasting results and driving quantifiable ROI

Experience partnering with sales to deliver enterprise results

Strong background in developing and completing persona-focussed and/or industry-specific marketing campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills using storytelling.

Pursues everything with drive and energy with an eye on both the bottom line and customer success.

Works well under pressure or in a high growth environment that is constantly changing

Track record for managing multiple initiatives and delivering under tight deadlines

Analytically inclined, outstanding organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail and strong project management skills.

Past experience in using Salesforce, and/or other marketing tools such as Salesforce would be an advantage.
