POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, the

Marketing and Communication Executive

plays a key role in driving the strategic planning and execution of integrated public relations and marketing communication strategies to increase market share and build brand equity of hotel, spa and F&B.


Lead the creation of engaging social media content for platforms on hotel social media channel including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, maintaining a robust content calendar that drives engagement and follower growth. Conduct competitor and market research, applying insights to marketing and social campaigns and sharing findings with the team. Manage public relations efforts, including the creation and distribution of press releases, media outreach, and coordination of media events. Manage and coordinate video and photo shoots for the hotel, ensuring the multimedia library is up-to-date and relevant. Manage media hosting opportunities and oversee the preparation of all press materials, including press releases, statements, and media FAQs Prepare comprehensive marketing communications reports and oversee other administrative functions as required Work closely with restaurant outlet managers to develop marketing and communications activities Passion for the Hotel and Food & Beverage business to develop a career in hospitality


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.


Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.


Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
