The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work with a reputable Property Management Company
• Salary: Up to $4000 (Depending on experience) + completion bonus, $600
• Mon - Fri (Office Hour)
• Location: Central
• 3 months contract

The Talent

• Able and comfortable to commit 3 months
• Min Diploma or Degree holder in marketing or equivalent
• At least 1 year relevant experience in the marketing spaces
• Possess interpersonal skills, must be willing to liaise with vendors and tenants via e-mail, phone calls and face to face meetings.
• Innovative, independent and self-driven individual who is a team player and agile to changes.

• Support marketing team in execution of integrated promotional campaigns and marketing activities (includes both online and offline) to attain sales and footfall traffic KPIs.
• Provide the marketing team with administrative, logistical, and ad-hoc requests, as part of the process in planning, coordinating, and organising Marcoms campaigns and projects.
• Liaise with media & creative agencies, production vendors, and related suppliers to ensure timely and successful launches of marketing programmes.
• Liaisons with tenants for campaign related details, promotions and offers and consolidation of information.
• Support in data consolidation and reporting.
• Attend to marketing-related requests and enquiries.
• Maintain and update in-mall directories, publicity sites, digital platforms and printed collaterals.
• Support the team in ad-hoc projects, other areas of marketing communications, internal / external communications, and public relations.
