• Assist the marketing team in the development of the marketing and communications campaigns for Singapore and South-East Asia region. This includes both internal and external campaigns such as developing emailers, article formatting and updating of Corporate websites.
• Assist in managing marketing events \xe2\x80\x93 mostly client-centric such as webinar, seminar, networking event and firm\xe2\x80\x99s presence at trade events.
• Assist marketing team in organising and coordinating internal events.
• Assist in content creation and engagement across all social media platform.
• Maintain clients\xe2\x80\x99 relations / events related survey and records.
• Sourcing and procuring of corporate gifts where necessary.
• Any other ad hoc jobs as assigned.

Job requirements:

• Diploma graduate in marketing or business-related course.
• Skillsets in using content creation app such as Canva or Graphic Design soft (highly preferred Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Digital Media savvy preferred (Familiar with Content Management System CMS for website \xe2\x80\x93 preferably WordPress)
• Strong team player and have an eye for details.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing demands on time and prioritise effectively.
• Good communicator and good writing capability
