Responsibilities * Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, implementing, and managing overall advertising and promotional activities for the shopping mall to achieve desired KPIs and unified sho Responsibilities Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, implementing, and managing overall advertising and promotional activities for the shopping mall to achieve desired KPIs and unified shopping cluster experience. Form strategic partnerships to source for sponsorships, opportunities to host unique events or identify publicity opportunities for the mall. Proactively engage tenants to market their products and enhance their sales and shoppers' experience. Plan the department's budget to ensure that expenses are kept within the approved budget. Conduct post-promotional campaign or event reviews to assess the effectiveness of the promotions / events in terms of shopper traffic and tenant's GTO and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis. Develop exciting online marketing strategies to actively engage online communities. Analyse competitors, market trends, and identify opportunities to drive footfall. Oversee the marketing of advertising spaces to maximize company revenue. Manage Digital Service Advocates to ensure smooth execution of the day-to-day operations. Maintain customer service initiatives and achieve service standards set for the company. Be actively involved in supporting group campaigns and initiatives. The Company may assign duties in addition to those listed/described above and/or vary the scope of work according to business requirements.
