:An exciting Marketing Communication Manager for a semiconductor company has just become available at one of the most respected and reputable international companies. This is a role for someone who has strong marketing communication experience in the B2B manufacturing industry.About the Marketing Communication Manager role:
In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for driving marketing efforts, communications, trade shows and branding initiatives for the APAC region.Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement integrated marketing communication plans that align with business goals, targeting B2B segment
• Develop and execute a comprehensive external communication strategy, focusing on media relations, press releases, public statements, and executive communications to build and maintain a strong brand reputation.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, industry events, webinars, and product launch events, driving awareness and engagement within target markets.
• Define and refine brand messaging to strengthen positioning within the semiconductor industry, differentiating from competitors and aligning with market trends.
• Liaise with the HQ and different region to align with company branding and marketing strategy.

To succeed in the Marketing Communication Manager role, you will need a strong background in B2B marketing communication, particularly within the semiconductor market and a proactive approach to driving brand visibility and reputation.Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in marketing communication.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• Experience working in the B2B manufacturing industry would be preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Commercially focused with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different professional level
• Entrepreneurial, independent, and self-driven
• Adaptable to change and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
