  • Position : Marketing & Communications Executive (B2B Marketing/Leadership Training & Development/Corporate Events) - HYBRID WORK MODE * Location : Changi Business Park (Only need to go in occas Position : Marketing & Communications Executive (B2B Marketing/Leadership Training & Development/Corporate Events) - HYBRID WORK MODE Location : Changi Business Park (Only need to go in occasionally) Working hours : 5 days/ Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $6500 (based on experience) + AWS + Average of 2 months Bonus + Up to 20 days Annual Leave + Medical / Dental / Insurance Coverage Duration : Perm Industry : Business Consulting Firm (MNC) Main Responsibilities: Analyse the leadership development and assessment market needs, trends and competitive landscape in Singapore as critical inputs into the Singapore operation and marketing plan. Work with the Head of Sales & Marketing to develop Singapore marketing plan in alignment with internal and external needs. Drive the implementation of the Singapore marketing plan in accordance with the goals, value propositions and formats to achieve the desired outcomes. Plan and manage the optimum utilization of the approved marketing budget to achieve maximum return on investments. Work in collaboration with the Sales team to design effective product marketing programs to help achieve the desired sales revenue target. Drive the execution of these product marketing programs to position the company as the leader in the category. Generate high quality leads from each program to be converted into sales opportunities and eventually into actual sales. Analyse each campaign's performance to measure the quantity and quality of leads, cost per lead and leads conversion to sales. Special emphasis will be placed on subscription-based products as the key focus for the Singapore market. Ensure all corporate brand guidelines are followed by associates and contractors in both online and offline channels. Drive traffic to ASEAN/Singapore website through effective SEO/SEM, google analytics and other means. Drive social media followers by creating compelling stories that meet the needs of our target audience. Build and expand a high-quality Singapore marketing contact database through the various customer contact points. Create or reproduce useful and adequate marketing collaterals to assist in the sales and marketing of the company's products and services. Develop relevant and useful articles specific for the Singapore market to be distributed in various online and offline channels for awareness or leads generation. Develop and execute an effective communications strategy with the company's target audience both in the digital and face-to-face formats, such as EDMs and seminars. Requirements: BS / BA degree in business/ marketing/ communications (or equivalent experience) At least 3-5 years experience in B2B marketing. At least 3-5 years experience of leadership training and development. Experienced in planning and executing corporate events and corporate marketing programs targeting C-suite, senior management and HR professionals.
