• Location: Central * Salary: up to $4,200 RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist the Manager in developing and executing all strategic marketing and communications plans for Singapore * Manage content Location: Central Salary: up to $4,200 RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Manager in developing and executing all strategic marketing and communications plans for Singapore Manage contents of the website and liaise with vendors and brands to compile materials and ensure timely uploading of information, including monitoring of website traffic and digital marketing programs to produce monthly reports Preparation of marketing reviews for monthly meetings and business plans for brand principals Establish good media relations and manage media & public interest to generate constant coverage and maintain awareness Conceptualize, co-ordinate and manage events, product launches, media previews, etc. Keep current with marketing trends, innovations, communication techniques and any media regulations Compilation of PR clippings/reports on a monthly basis Handle and co-ordinate all media requests and enquiries in a timely manner Responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns and manage CRM to increase sales Provide analytics, insights and improvement actions for all digital channels such as social, website, email marketing and display ads Explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to targeted audience and continuously engage consumers through digital platforms Conduct competitive research and web analysis Develop and execute CRM strategy and framework to ensure all useful data are captured and to increase sales leads and customer longevity Manage CRM to analyze performance Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Business Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity Good working relationship with the media Good knowledge on digital media tools and CRM A dynamic, committed team player who is creative, resourceful and possesses a flair for writing Self-starter who is results-oriented and driven to deliver within limited timelines and budgets IT savvy, good with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong ability to cope under pressure Mature, confident, able to deal with a diversified community
