RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify potential partners for marketing collaborations and events
• Event planning and execution; post-event reports and analysis
• Manage the production of collaterals Copywriting for social media campaigns and ad-hoc press releases
• Actively source for PR opportunities with the media through relationship building
• Pitch for photoshoots and manage shoot logistics with internal/external parties
• Manage and drive PR and the e-commerce business with press releases and media updates
• Proficient in data management, to manage customers’ data on Customer Relationship Management software
• Assist in the planning and execution of Customer Relationship Management programmes for both online and offline customers
• Manage and handle online enquires
• Ensure Operations team collects and manage customer data information in accordance to PDPA
• Review and analysis of data and generation of insights for reporting purposes
• Negotiate with suppliers and partners for maximum exposure and benefits for all retail programmes
• Processing of invoices and management of budget excel files
• Reconciliation of monthly marketing support budget vs expense file from Finance
• Participate in the execution of other marketing activities such as events
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Business
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Good working relationship with the media
• IT savvy, good with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge on digital media tools
• A dynamic, committed team player who is creative, resourceful and possesses a flair for writing
