Job Description
JOB PURPOSE: The Marketing and Communications Executive will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, and management of a range of online & offline communication strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our services and public image.
Key role:
Communication:
- Curate 1-2 success stories per quarter
- Plan and execute content in alignment with content calendar
- Website maintenance and curation (Wordpress)
- Writing of speeches and talking points for Business Advisor, Senior Management or Board
- Support for company collaterals such as Business cards, Envelopes, Pull-up Banners etc. (Adobe Illustrator)
- Liaise with media for PR requirements (Ad-hoc)
- Design 2-3 monthly posters to support bi-monthly webinars (Canva)
- Strategizing of social media ads to support monthly workshops (Ad-hoc)
- Lead Generation for Business Advisors through email marketing (Mailchimp), social media management and website management
- Support for special projects e.g. Group-based upgrading projects by developing EDMs
- Support for signature events e.g. annual Seminars and Conferences by conceptualizing branding and design collaterals
- Managing of marketing budgets
- Good to have: Video editing skills
