Job Description

• Identify potential partners for marketing collaborations and events
• Event planning and execution; post-event reports and analysis
• Manage the production of collaterals
• Copywriting for social media campaigns and ad-hoc press releases
• Actively source for PR opportunities with the media through relationship building
• Pitch for photoshoots and manage shoot logistics with internal/external parties
• Manage and drive public relations for the Company and it's e-commerce business with press releases and media updates
• Proficient in data management to manage customers' data on Customer Relationship Management software
• Assist in the planning and execution of Customer Relationship Management programmes for both online and offline customers
• Manage and handle online enquiries
• Review and analysis of data and generation of insights for reporting purposes
• Processing of invoices and management of budget excel files
• Reconciliation of monthly marketing support budget vs expense file from Finance
• Participate in the execution of other marketing activities such as events

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
• IT savvy, good with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge on digital media tools
• A dynamic and committed team player who is creative, resourceful and possesses a flair for writing
• Self-starter who is results-oriented and driven to deliver within limited timelines and budgets
• Strong ability to cope under pressure
• Mature, confident and able to deal with a diversified community
