We offer animal-assisted services to children, youths, persons with special needs, families and the elderly to equip them with life skills and to support their social integration. Our animal-partners are rescued animals whom we rehabilitate, retrain and care for, so they can journey with us to transform the lives of our beneficiaries through the unique programmes we offer. In many ways, we are a hybrid charity - caring for both our animals and human beneficiaries to the best of our abilities. We are nestled in a green and rustic area in Thomson (15 mins walk from Caldecott MRT Station) where our animals and us co-exist in a symbiotic manner to bring maximum impact to the communities we serve. We are also setting up a centre for our Canine-Assisted Learning programme in Enabling Village (near Redhill MRT) this year. ABOUT THE ROLE MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS - Propose marketing initiatives/ programmes in driving EQUAL's marketing and outreach efforts. - Execute marketing plan and work on the digital upgrading project to enhance all the social media platforms. - Align contents and visuals across all internal and external communications to uphold EQUAL's identity. - Maintain updated marketing materials, relevant campaign content, to consistently promote awareness to the EQUAL's brand. - Create event campaign messaging in promoting virtual and special events to increase engagement and brand awareness. - Manage updated marketing and special events calendar. - Provide systematic and good archival of graphical contents and marketing databases of EQUAL. - Ensure all marketing campaigns, materials and communication collaterals are integrated, timely, clear, consistent, and accurate. - Lead the development and consolidation of graphical content and data in the Annual Report. - Ensure all communication collaterals are adhering to the brand/s corporate guidelines, style guides, tone of voice and personality. WEBSITE - Manage and create website content, keeping it current and reflective of EQUAL's events, activities and programmes with the beneficiaries. - Explore industry's best practices and SEO to attract, direct, increase and engage visitors to the website. SOCIAL MEDIA - Define social media strategies that target and attract stakeholders across social media channels - Create and curate content across multiple channels through engagement with internal stakeholders - Proactively manage the social media calendar and platforms to raise publicity of EQUAL's community work, events and activities - Research on the digital upgrading project to enhance all the social media platforms to increase RO and public reach - Analyse social media campaigns efficacy and areas for improvements. OUTREACH & DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS - Support the department on other Outreach & Development projects - Propose and embark on new projects that would extend the reach, profile and presence of EQUAL. -Any other areas as assigned by Management. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Technical Competencies - Familiarity with digital comms, social media, marcoms and stakeholder engagement - Good communication skills - Computer proficiency Core Competencies - A strong team-player who is also able to work independently - Excellent project management and implementation skills - Able to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs Preferred Achievements / Characteristics - Love for animals comfortable around animals - Motivated, self-directed and driven - Educational and professional background in Marketing or Business Administration will be an advantage - 3 years of media and/or marketing communications experience in the social service sector will be ideal - However, we welcome fresh graduates to apply as well
