Role description:

This role will help to raise brand awareness, enable business growth, achieve strong employee engagement and enable the business to grow share of voice and connect with clients.

Role accountabilities:

Internal communications (50% of role)

  • Adapts and implements internal and change communications plans to support strategic objectives
  • Develops tailored communications plans in line with country business priorities
  • Develops plan for leadership communications
  • Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders
External communications (50% of role)
  • Crisis management, reputation, and media management
  • Develops and delivers plan to amplify the C-Suite voice and presence both internally and externally through different channels
  • Liaises with external media partners to explore and amplify media exposure opportunities (i.e., industry events, award programs, executive interviews, opinion pieces, etc.) to support corporate communications as well as sector/market-based campaigns
  • Develops and localizes press releases for corporate communications and campaign activations as needed
  • Leads marketing campaigns and assists SMEs with thought leadership development to support local/regional campaigns as needed
  • Partners with HR team to build the employer brand and help to attract and retain talent, and help drive community outreach, engagements, and activities
  • Develops and manages the content calendar for regional social media platforms in line with our social media strategy
  • Works with the Pursuits Team to ensure that sales/client collateral are refreshed and is in line with company guidelines
Qualifications & Experience:
  • At least 5 years' experience working with senior stakeholders as a marketing & communications professional
  • Degree educated, preferably with an advanced or professional communication degree in marketing, communications, or Public Relations
  • Advanced experience in MS Office Suite (in particular MS PowerPoint)
  • Experience in digital marketing (i.e., LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is an added advantage
  • Experience of navigating matrix organisations in professional services organisations
  • Proven marketing, communications, and branding experience in B2B environment, ideally with an agency or consulting background experience
  • Creative with experience in implementing marketing & communications strategies
  • Proven record in visual design and delivery of compelling presentation, and content development for media and campaigns
  • Professional level English verbal and written communications
  • Committed team player with willingness to be hands-on, self-driven and resourceful
  • Previous experience of employee branding and employee engagement, including cultural change programmes with a good understanding of new communications trends and their application to a changing employee pool
  • Experience of C-suite relationships and ability to influence senior level discussion making
  • Experience of tracking and reporting on impacts of communications.
  • Experience in optimising websites and social media outreach
