This role primarily focuses on creating internal and external communications and managing events.Adecco is partnering with a renowned property developer to hire a Marketing Manager.The Opportunity:

The Job:Communications:

• Plan and create monthly community e-newsletters, clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs.
• Develop and curate engaging social media content and update the company website.
• Collaborate closely with agencies on graphic design, web design, and engaging video content.
• Implement strategies to drive traffic to company pages using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant platforms.

Events Management:

• Develop and implement programs and initiatives to strengthen community connections and foster inclusiveness.
• Manage event budgets, logistics, vendor negotiations, and contracts related to events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate community engagement into overall business strategies.

Company App Content Management:

• Collaborate closely with the team to manage app content.
• Oversee API integration, installation, upgrades, and daily software maintenance.
• Analyze data to gain insights for optimizing app performance and enhancing user experience.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders about maintenance and upgrades, both internally and externally.
• Work with internal departments and app developers to address issues, suggest operational improvements, and manage the budget.

Administration:

• Evaluate the success of community engagement initiatives, events, and digital campaigns through feedback and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve future events and engagement efforts.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to relevant stakeholders.

The Talent:

• A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in a related role.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, while maintaining keen attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills, including effective crisis management.
• Excellent written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
