1. Responsible for overall marketing communications and public relations strategies of the hotel reach, target markets and audience.2. Development of media and relevant product partner contacts and acting as the Hotel's liaison with the media to manage publicity through development, organization and coordination of promotional activities, press releases, media and partnership activities including CSR initiatives.3. Coordinate media interest in the Hotel and ensure regular contact with target Media and appropriate response to media requests4. Consistently markets and promotes the Hotel's products and services including loyalty programs.5. Manages the online arena inclusive of social media and guest feedback forums.6. Develop and carry out the strategic online marketing plans (eg; Digital Marketing) and adapt strategies to best serve the interests of the hotel to keep pace with the competition.7. Enhances the image and awareness of the Hotel's branding and maintain brand standards.8. Develops and consistently maintains/ updates the Communications Manual, Crisis Communications Manual and other guidelines and standards.9. Assists with annual marketing plan, budgeting and forecasting.10. Supports all departments on promotions and events at the Hotel.11. Effectively manages internal communications.12.
