- Manage internal & external communications
- Plan marketing campaigns to increase engagement
- Manage & oversee websites
- Manage & oversee social media/ digital content
- Measure the success of social media/ digital campaigns
- Stay up to date with latest social media/ digital best practices & technologies
- Conversant in social media marketing/ digital platforms
- Track & analyze SEO in order to provide effective solutions for content optimisation
- Prepare and manage production of marketing materials for internal and external use.
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirement
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication or relevant
- Draft media releases, speeches, announcements & articles
- Marketing knowledge to drive demand & lead generation
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google & other social media/ digital best practices
- Practical knowledge of SEO & web traffic metrics
- Good understanding of social media/ digital KPIs
- Design skills is a plus
- Outstanding multitasking skills
- Critical thinker & problem-solving skills
- Good organizational & time-management skills
