Marketing Strategy: Work with the South-East Asia Marketing Head and Marketing Lead in Singapore to execute the marketing strategy for each segment and Line of Business including segmentation, targeting and positioning. Output of the strategy includes marketing campaigns, budget, KPI setting, and measurement and ongoing update of marketing plans based on campaign performance.
Marketing Campaign Delivery: You will work with the marketing team and the lines of business to execute the agreed marketing campaigns as per the marketing calendar. These will include channel activation, content development, website, social media, webinars, face-to-face events etc.
Clients
In consultation with Singapore marketing lead, project manage a variety of marketing campaigns that elevate the brand and create follow-up opportunities / lead generation.
Ensure marketing activity data is managed for better targeting and to measure impact of activities.
Provide marketing support to the team by collating data, organising information submission and developing the relevant marketing metrics and analytics reports on a timely basis.
Assist the marketing team in development of content like infographics, videos, web presence, social media, PR, live events, etc.
Help driving demand generation with leads reports as the marketing deliverable to the business.
Work with marketing team to drive campaigns, execute projects and troubleshoot issues.
Introduce innovative and effective content through multi-modalities, omni-channel marketing channels that are engaging to clients and prospects.
Communicate effectively with team members and internal clients to set expectations, and advance projects.
Excellence and Innovation
Champion the use of WTW\xe2\x80\x99s marketing tools (Marketo, Dynamics 365, Cvent, PowerBI) for effective campaign management, lead generation and tracking.
Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and innovate in consultation with other marketing colleagues.
Be a brand champion.
Focus on the lead management processes, update marketing databases and develop analytics dashboards.
Create internal awareness of key marketing initiatives and programmes and support follow-up.
Financial
Provide insights to the Singapore marketing lead and business around the effectiveness of marketing activities / campaigns and the ROI.
Work across marketing and the Client Management teams to have a standardised approach to qualifying marketing qualified leads and tracking marketing influenced revenue.
Help identify and track marketing influenced revenue.
Assist in managing marketing claims, expenses, invoices and tracking of the budget numbers on a timely basis.
Work with Finance and vendors to ensure invoice is coded correctly, expenses are paid timely and track budget accurately.
Provide analysis and insights into marketing activities and related costs to determine their effectiveness and impact and provide performance benchmarking,

Foster collaboration and coordination with marketing colleagues and understand different roles and responsibilities within the sales and marketing organisation.
Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders to effectively establish marketing objectives and ensure full support for the marketing strategy and plans.
Help to effectively project manage campaigns and projects.
Develop and update relevant marketing skills, including specialised areas (e.g., social media, product marketing, outbound marketing tools, webcasts, etc.)
Help identify cross-business collaboration opportunities and build relationships across the business segments to effectively channel marketing objectives in the Singapore market.
Communicate and partner effectively with local and regional team members and internal clients to set expectations, drive project completion, problem solve issues to ensure most effective marketing strategies are delivered in impactful markets and measurable ways.
The Requirements
4-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally gained within a financial services, professional services, human resources or professional consulting or start-up environment.
Data driven marketing experience with a strong background in the design and implementation of field marketing and demand generation activities.
Proven experience with creating new marketing opportunities and a background of engaging clients with innovative and engaging methods that produced measurable results for positive ROI.
Strategic and tactical marketing experience, with specific emphasis on marketing planning, execution and experience with marketing technologies and online project management tools.
Digital native that will drive exceptional and creative Marketing campaigns online (LinkedIn, Google Advertising, etc.)
Strong communicator that can partner with segment leaders to achieve revenue goals and business impact for the Singapore market.
Exceptional project management skills to effectively manage multiple campaigns, events, requests and deadlines in a timely manner.
Detail-oriented, action-oriented and results-focused.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills.
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills and the ability to present issues and resolutions in a persuasive manner.
Flexible marketer with the ability to self-direct and regularly switch between strategic and tactical responsibilities.
Working knowledge of marketing technologies (Marketo, MS Dynamics, Cvent, Webex, Sitecore) a plus.
Execute the annual Digital Marketing Plan.
In consultation with the Singapore marketing lead, develop with each LOB Leader a specific set of events (face-to-face and virtual) that supports sales.
Support locally the global branding activities that will connect with our country strategy.
Postgraduate / Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business is preferred.
