Role Overview:
We seek a talented and motivated Marketing & Creative Designer to join our team on a freelance, part-time, or full-time basis. You will be responsible for creating stunning visual assets and collaborating on marketing campaigns that connect with our audience and elevate our brand.
Responsibilities:
Design graphics for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
Create promotional materials (banners, flyers, packaging, etc.)
Develop and maintain brand guidelines
Collaborate with our team on product launches and marketing strategies
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Proven experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands (preferred)
Strong portfolio of relevant design and marketing projects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
Knowledge of social media platforms and current design trends
Excellent communication and time management skills
