We are seeking a creative and hands-on individual to drive marketing initiatives across our various cafes, cafeterias, and catering sites. The ideal candidate should be both digitally savvy and visually creative -- with a passion for storytelling, branding, and design.
Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to each cafe, cafeteria, and site's audience and operations.
o Manage and optimise Google AdWords and other online marketing tools to enhance visibility and brand reach.
o Create and maintain the company's LinkedIn page and manage its YouTube channel for videos and promotional content.
o Oversee website updates and developments, ensuring accurate, engaging, and current content.
o Design visually appealing presentations, PowerPoint decks, marketing materials, and menu documents using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
o Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
o Bring fresh, innovative ideas to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Requirements:
o Minimum Diploma holder in any field, with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or related roles.
o A keen eye for detail and ability to identify areas for improvement.
o Resourceful, a good team player, and able to multitask effectively.
o Proficient in graphic design, digital marketing tools, and PowerPoint.
o Strong creativity and initiative are essential.
o 5-day work week.
