Job Description
Position: Marketing cum E-commence Executive Salary: $2300 \xe2\x80\x93 3200 Location: Bishan/Upper thomson Working days: 5 days
Job duties:
- Drive marketing operations & activities
- Implement e-Commerce activities. Including listing, fulfilment coordination and customer service
- Execute sales, promotions, brand, marketing and social media programmes and/or activities over digital platforms
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-Commerce activities
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes and/or activities over digital platforms
- Collate data for category performance, sales and demand forecasting reports
- Collate data on customers shopping behaviours, brand and marketing activities
- Drive technology and infrastructure enablement
- Organisations website monitoring and maintenance
- Contribute to development of website usability and overall online customer experience
- Execute customer order fulfilment
- Liaise with relevant internal functions to fulfil customers orders based on established procedures and service level agreement
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth processing and delivery of customer orders
- Coordinate with business partners
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of relevant experience
- Min diploma holder
- Good working Attitude and Receptive to advice
- Good understanding of digital marketing platforms
