Marketing Cum Events Coordinator

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Report to Director
- Coordinate and confirm with clients to plan and confirm for events
- Carry out administrative duties & tasks assigned by director
- Attend BNI meeting as a proxy for company when required
- Coordinate with vets/ISO consultant for events participation
- Work with marketing team to ensure attendance of pet owners for events
- Assistant to event speaker to introduce product, doing demo, guide and gather pet owners during events
- Gather list of interested pet owners who would like to try out the product
- Follow up on trial of product after trial period and coordinate with logistics and billing team on outcome of trial
- Photography + Videography during events to be shared with marketing team after event to be published on social media
- Roughly 4 events per month, each event lasting around 3-4 hours.
- 1 Month product training and task flow training provided.
- Open for discussion on extra events to gain extra income.
- Permanent
- Mon to Fri: 9am to 5:30pm (Hybrid 2-3 days work from home)
- Up to $3500 depend on exp + Transport allowance
- Peninsula Plaza
- Dog and Cats lover is a MUST
- Have experience in coordination of events
- Minimum \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99Levels
