Assist in managing and updating company website, social media accounts and e-commerce platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Shopee, etc.).
Help design simple promotional materials (EDMs, posters, social media posts).
Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, social media) and record/forward issues to relevant departments.
Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends
Support quotation preparation, order entry, and customer follow-up.
Provide administrative support for sales and marketing teams (e.g., updating customer database, data entry).
Assist in preparing marketing reports and post-campaign summaries.
Requirements
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset, proactive and positive.
Proficient in Google Sheet & MS Office (Word, Excel).
Interest in social media and e-commerce; knowledge of Canva or Adobe design tools will be an advantage.
