Conceptualize printed and digital visuals including but not limited to social media assets, digital banners, posters, brochures, direct mailers, and other printed materials
Assist in ensuring that all marketing collaterals are updated consistently and according to brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency
Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team for product naming, marketing campaigns and brand strategies, and implement designs required to bring ideas to life
Assist in implementing fresh and visually stunning ideas for product packaging and in-house photoshoots
Maintain the systematic management of visual assets, allowing efficient accessibility by designers, regions and distributors
Implement and maintain standard procedures of marketing design
Perform other design projects as assigned
Keep up to date with advances in graphic, web and social media design trends
Be efficient yet meticulous in paying attention to details when producing artworks
Job Requirements
Degree/ Diploma in Art/ Design/ Visual Communication/ Photography or related fields
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Well-versed in typography with a good grasp of colour and composition, and keen aesthetic sense
Candidates with photography or videography skills will have an added advantage
Good knowledge of social media platforms
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written - to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts and produce artworks in Chinese
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines consistently
Able to work independently with initiatives, and as an active member of a team
Creative and innovative; positive attitude
