Main Tasks

Maintain brand consistency across all assets by following brand guidelines
Coordinate with local teams for assets design creation (Eg flyers, brochures, ads)
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, visual graphics and layouts according to the ZEISS guidelines
Create videos for various marketing activities (events and digital campaigns)
Assist with event management/logistics planning for events
Support as part of a team with marketers and business developers
Support ad hoc activities

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Degree, preferably majoring in design, illustration, media etc\xe2\x80\xa2Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly in Indesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro).
A keen interest in digital design
Video editing skills are required (using of Canva)
To be able to participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute

creative ideas * A self-starter and a collaborative team player with a positive attitude

Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
To be able to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
