Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Business Development Director to lead our company's growth initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, expanding business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with deep knowledge of marketing, sales, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business development strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive expansion. Lead market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, PR, and communications. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product) to ensure marketing initiatives support business goals. Manage proposal preparation, pitching, and negotiation for new business opportunities. Monitor performance metrics, campaign ROI, and business development results to ensure targets are met. Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing and business development team to achieve excellence. * Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.
