Description

Our client is a market leader in the Nutrition and Health business and am currently recruiting for a Singapore-based Strategic Marketing Director role to support their Asia business.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Asia President, this role will be leading a team to define, map and implement the marketing strategies for high growth and focus categories in the region. You will lead the implementation of the global positioning of technologies in the region, with local regional adaptation if required, partnering with the respective internal stakeholders. This position will be required to develop and implement a regional marketing plan of strategic platforms & initiatives, aligning with the global strategies. You will identify market gaps and opportunities together with business development leads and country teams, and craft key actions to capture these opportunities.

Requirements

You will ideally have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science or related areas with 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 of marketing experience, including leading marketing/category strategy and innovation across Asia markets. Prior experience working in the B2B Nutrition & Health industries will be highly regarded, given that it will provide you with the exposure working with people from technical, commercial and innovation related backgrounds. Experience with marketing strategy and principles including brand execution, commercialisation of new products, and creative promotions will be appreciated, along with the experience in external engagements including speaking engagements as marketing ambassador.
