We are customer-obsessed and are constantly working to provide our customers access to actionable and insightful data to build resilient supply chains.The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Director to drive our marketing function. Reporting directly to the COO, you will manage a small team of two and be responsible for both strategic development and hands-on execution of marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on driving customer acquisition, generating leads, and revenue growth through developing and executing marketing strategies and leveraging various marketing channels, drawing on your extensive B2B SaaS experience, focusing on the Enterprise market.What success looks like in this role:

  • Generating a high volume of strong top-of-the-funnel leads and inbound leads.
  • Driving significant growth in revenue through effective marketing strategies.
  • Achieving and exceeding new business acquisition targets.
  • Maintaining a strong, cohesive brand identity across all marketing channels.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition and lead generation.
  • Growth Strategy: Create and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, events, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to create and distribute valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Product Marketing: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new product launches. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance to grow our online presence.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all marketing activities align with the brand\xe2\x80\x99s values and messaging, developing and maintaining a strong brand identity.
  • Marketing Communications: Manage internal and external communications, including PR, press releases, newsletters, and other company announcements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to understand customer pain points and develop scalable solutions.
  • Performance Marketing: Lead performance marketing efforts, including SEO, ads, content marketing, and social media marketing, to drive customer acquisition and lead generation.
  • Hands-On Execution: Engage directly in day-to-day marketing tasks, from campaign creation to data analysis, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
Ideal ProfileTo thrive in this role, you must have:
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, specifically targeting the Enterprise market.
  • Proven track record of leveraging PR and events to drive marketing success.
  • Experience in leading performance marketing efforts across SEO, ads, content marketing, and social media marketing. Ability to lead and make decisions across these areas without supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving customer acquisition and lead generation in a startup environment.
  • Ability to iterate and experiment across various growth marketing channels to identify effective strategies.
  • Strategic problem-solver with excellent analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker capable of analyzing data and deriving actionable insights with strong understanding of CAC and other key marketing metrics.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive results without constant oversight.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to handle day-to-day marketing tasks directly.
