Key Responsibilities

[Marketing & Partnerships]

- Liaise with vendors, key customer accounts, and potential partners to support marketing and sales initiatives.

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.

- Support the preparation of marketing materials, visuals, and presentations.

[Ecommerce & Digital Sales]

- Assist in managing and updating our online store listings on Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, TikTok Shop, and Carousell.

- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

[F&B Virtual Brand Management]

- Support the management and coordination of virtual brand franchise operations across multiple partner outlets

[Content & Creative]

- Create marketing collaterals and social media content using Canva and other design tools.

- Use AI and digital tools to streamline marketing processes, analyse data, and generate creative ideas.

- Support daily administrative tasks related to marketing, ecommerce, and franchise activities.

[Requirements]

- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

- Internship experience in marketing and ecommerce roles preferred.

- Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office, and familiar with ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, etc.).

- Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney.) is a plus.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
