POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Engagement Intern to our team in planning, executing, and improving webinars and virtual events. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital engagement, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This internship provides hands-on exposure to event management, virtual collaboration tools, and audience engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Webinar Preparation

• Research topics, speakers, and target audiences.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external speakers to confirm schedules and requirements.
• Support in creating promotional materials (emails, social posts, event listings).
• Manage webinar registrations and monitor sign-ups.

Webinar Setup & Execution

• Set up webinar platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, etc.) and test functions such as Q&A, chat, and polls.
• Assist speakers with rehearsals and technical readiness.
• Provide live support during webinars (manage chat, Q&A, polls, troubleshooting).
• Assist with timekeeping and program flow during the event.

Post-Webinar Activities

• Collect feedback from participants and speakers.
• Prepare post-event reports, including attendance, engagement metrics, and insights.
• Edit and distribute webinar recordings or highlight reels.
• Upload resources and follow-up materials for participants.

Conference & Trade Show Support

• Assist in planning and coordinating company participation in conferences and trade shows.
• Support logistics, speaker coordination, and materials preparation.
• Help capture key insights and learnings from events for internal documentation and knowledge sharing.

Administrative & Research Support

• Maintain a database of past and upcoming webinars, events, and trade shows.
• Research competitor events and industry trends for improvement ideas.
• Document learnings and best practices for future sessions.

Qualification & Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, or similar).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
