About Our Client
Our client is a technology organization that focuses on cloud based storage and systems for top industry clients. Based in the east, the team is constantly expanding and gaining market share within the region.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand event requirements, objectives, and budget constraints. Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines to create memorable and impactful experiences.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with event vendors, including venues, caterers, audiovisual providers, and other suppliers.
- Create event budgets and monitor expenditures throughout the planning and execution phases.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, setup, and breakdown, equipment rental, transportation, accommodations, and on-site staffing.
- Drive attendee engagement and increase event visibility.
- Lead on-site event management, including overseeing setup and breakdown, managing event staff and volunteers, handling any issues or emergencies, and ensuring a positive attendee experience.
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and events.
- About 1 year of experience within the events space for Technology / Cloud / SaaS / Fintech organization
- Comfortable liaising with vendors, suppliers and potential customers
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
