Roles & Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY
We are searching for a talented Marketing Executive to spearhead our marketing campaigns. You will organise creative campaigns that can make a difference for KLC's success according to trends and customer requirements. You will also be required to work closely with other departments, ensuring that every campaign runs smoothly from inception to delivery. You must be a person who is passionate for the “art” of marketing and have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. You must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and uplift KLC's brand image. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Implement marketing campaigns and ensure proper execution of these activities 2) Support and execute all marketing activities to support Sales Team to achieve set targets 3) Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies that will help achieve set targets 4) Organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, below the line and above the line advertising etc.), and promotional events 5) Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitors 6) Keep close contact with customer bases to assess latest customer trends and behaviours 7) Copywrite contents for marketing campaigns 8) Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities 9) Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors in the development and delivery of marketing tools and collaterals 10) Track performance of the marketing campaigns using various metrics 11) Compile and analyse data collected from the marketing campaigns 12) Collaborate with reporting HOD in preparing budgets and monitoring of marketing expenses
REQUIREMENTS

• 
  Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• At least 3 years of marketing experience
• Good track record of delivering effective marketing communication campaigns
• Strong coordination, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated and resourceful individual who is committed to being a good team player, with a can-do spirit
• Ability to multi-task and have good time management skills
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus
