Job Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant brand, products, and seasonal offerings. Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, monitoring performance, and interacting with followers. Coordinate with designers and vendors to produce marketing materials such as posters, menus, banners, and digital ads. Conduct market research to analyze customer trends, competitor activities, and F&B industry developments. Support promotional events and collaborations with influencers, partners, and media outlets. Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on ROI, customer engagement, and sales impact. Assist in loyalty programs, CRM, and digital marketing strategies to enhance customer retention. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, campaigns, and outlets.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and basic SEO/SEM. Creative mindset with good copywriting and content creation skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external partners.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
