Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Conduct post campaign analysis, keep track of budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness.
To proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants and garner participation for programs and various initiatives to drive sales.
To manage social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions.
Monitor social channel conversations and act on any insights that can further enhance the customer experience and branding.
Housekeep and update content of various digital and social media platforms.
To proactively market advertising spaces to generate additional revenue.
Assist with any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Preferably with 2 - 3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Takes initiatives and able to work under pressure.
Data driven, results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
