Duration: Immediately till 31stDec 2023 The Job Plan and organise all marketing and customer retention activities to ensure growth of all products including Hire Purchase and Operating Lease Marketing Management Develop and execute retail as well as B2B marketing campaign Design and develop marketing material (advertisements, brochures, flyers, videos based on HQ templates and CI guidelines) for all company brands using e.g. Adobe Creative Suite software (incl. Photoshop and InDesign) Regular alignment with Singapore and Distributors' marketing department to ensure coordination of marketing calendar/activities Identify and capitalize on opportunities to include company in Singapore and distributors' marketing efforts Manage and liaise with agencies, suppliers and relevant media owners Develop and execute plan to track effectiveness of marketing dollar spend and channel marketing efforts accordingly Mange and keep track of Marketing budget Digital Marketing - Marketing Content/Platform Management Ensure continuity and up to date content management of all existing Financial Services web assets Develop, create and manage contents and marketing strategy of all Digital Life applications (incl. Financial Calculator) Management of BCE alignment with Brand Partner and AAP (incl. OneWeb, DLC, COS, etc) Manage and implement an 'always-on' SEM strategy for online marketing Manage the operations of all social media platforms (incl. Facebook, LinkedIN etc) and social media advertising for the local business unit Grow the existing network and engagement rate for all relevant social media platforms Customer Relationship Management Plan and execute Customer Loyalty/ Retention campaigns Track efficiency of such campaigns Align CRM strategy with Singapore Customer Experience Management Work with RO to expand touchpoints of CEM Establish process to regularly review feedback from Customers/ Dealers Develop action plans together with other relevant functions based on customer/ dealer feedback Provide transparency to management Other Projects and Ad-hoc tasks Support the Sales & marketing team with other projects and adhoc tasks Education & Work experience Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand building Proven track record in execution and management of marketing initiatives Competencies Strong PowerPoint skills and a feeling for design, with the ability to present complex information in a simple/compelling way Excellent oral and written English language skills to support design and development of marketing materials as well as liaising with agencies, suppliers and media owners Good Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) skills with the ability to modify existing templates and create brochures / flyers, etc. Abreast of digital marketing channels and CRM trends Soft skills/individual competence Strategic thinker with creative flair Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think creatively/out-of-the box Team player with excellent interpersonal skills Very savvy with digital tools and strong understanding of digital media marketing & analytics Excellent communication skills strong ability to communicate orally, in writing and visually ability to reduce complex subjects to succinct information Strong ability to handle multiple initiatives at once and work under tight deadlines with attention to detail Keen innovator Ability to manage suppliers, agencies and ability to collaborate well with internal stakeholders All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
