Job Description

Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the contract position of Marketing & Events Executive for the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix. The successful applicant will be reporting to the Director of Marketing and will work alongside the Marketing and Creative teams.

You will be required to:

- Assist in marketing, branding, merchandise, sustainability, and privacy related activations (including merchandise production, mobile app development and testing, execution of sustainability initiatives, etc). Coordinate pre- and post-race requirements such as transport, logistics, accreditation and catering for the department and stakeholders.

- Assist in the planning and execution of grid activities (Opening Ceremony, National Anthem, Drivers\' Parade, Podium Ceremony) and other race week duties. Manage marketing inventory and assist in contest fulfilment. Manage calendars and coordinate meeting schedules with internal departments, external vendors, and agencies.

- Support any other business\' projects that the teams take on.

This is a contract position (March to October 2023).

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of consumer marketing experience, and with relevant qualifications
• Proficient with MS Office programmes such as Excel and Powerpoint
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Experience in the entertainment, hospitality or event management industries would be an advantage
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes while delivering high-quality work
• Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
