As part of the Rewards Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, increasing customer engagement and boosting retention

The Talent
Min Degree holder in marketing or equivalent
Data-driven with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Innovative, independent and self-driven individual who is a team player and agile to changes.
Develop in-depth understanding of our members through data-sets and transform data insights into action plans to improve business performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to implement data-led marketing campaigns and initiatives to spur spend and engagement amongst our members.
Orchestrate loyalty events to increase footfall, sales and provide unique customer experiences, including leading and organising customer events, from conceptualisation, communications, event planning and execution to post-event analysis
Devise strategies and plans to convert inactive members to active members.
Focus on customer segmentations, customer journeys and customer lifecycle management.
Curate relevant audience contents with strong branding and digital engagement through multi-channels (email, notifications, in-app, social media etc)
Immerse in marketing experimentations to drive conversion and loyalty. Experiments include driving conversion from inactive to active, offline to online, pre-trip to post-trip across multitouchpoints etc.
Create customer-centric innovations to anchor loyalty program as best-in-class travel and retail loyalty program.
