Job Description

• Position : Senior Marketing Executive (Retail / Haircare) - Up to $5,000 - Ubi
• Location : Ubi
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days AL
• Duration : Perm

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in the development of the overall Brand & Marketing strategy
• To assist in the execution of digital marketing strategies to increase brand/product awareness and drive conversions using sponsored ads (Leads generation)
• Ability to read and comprehend key metrics for analysis and reports
• Manage and maintain the company\'s owned online and offline platforms including websites, email, SEO/SEM, CRM, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu) and retail counters
• Work closely with designers to manage the creation of relevant and engaging content for publishing onto various platforms
• Drive meaningful Brand Partnerships/Tie-ups/Promotions/Samplings to enhance brand relevancy and strengthen brand and customer engagement
• Assist to manage Digital and PR Agencies and follow through new launches
• Identify, form partnerships, engage and manage both paid and unpaid KOLs, celebrities via seeding and activation to generate reach, impression and engagement
• Follow through with other assigned projects/responsibilities in the marketing department
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in conceptualising, proposing, planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Experience in event management and knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
