Job Summary An executive to work with the Department Head and other Operatives to meet or exceed the revenue objectives of the Department by promoting our services and concluding real estate transactions through a high standard of professional practice, customer service and team work. Responsibilities Generating and achieving revenue targets by concluding real estate transactions Make quality prospecting calls every week to develop leads Develop, maintain and update the tenant register, following up closely with all enquiries Recognise and anticipate clients' needs and expectations and responding to them efficiently and professionally Create and pitch proposals to clients in order to win mandates Fulfill all pre and post transaction follow-up including the collection of fees Attend client and industry functions for business and knowledge development Participate in the development of all marketing paraphernalia and its campaigns Continuously source business through networking, acquiring market knowledge and developing/maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications Degree holder, major in Real Estate is an advantage The candidate is ideally driven, and able to work cohesively in teams while being passionate about doing business development and creating their own pool of network. Effective negotiation and time management skills Existing network of regional/global clients would be a benefit for a candidate. Well-versed in financial modelling with analytical skills to assist clients with budgetary requirements. Proficient in Microsoft suite of tools.
