Opportunity for a renowned Shopping Mall Organisation in the Retail Industry
You will be reporting to the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns for the shopping mall to drive traffic that translates into revenue.
Mon - Fri: Office Hours
Location: Central
12 months renewal contract
Salary: Up to SGD 4000 (subjected to experience)
The Talent
Min Diploma / Degree holder in marketing or equivalent
Passionate in creating magic in the beauty industry
Proficient in MS Excel skills needed, values accuracy.
Meticulous and high attention to details
Independent worker, proactive, and organized.
No experience is required as training is provided!
Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Conduct post campaign analysis, keep track of budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for the mall's activities
Proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants and garner participation for mall's programs and CapitaLand various initiatives to drive sales
Manage social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions
Monitor social channel conversations and act on any insights that can further enhance the customer experience and branding of the Shopping Malls
Housekeep and update content of various digital and social media platforms
Proactively market in-mall advertising spaces to generate additional revenue for the mall
Manage and supervise Digital Services Advocates
