Job Description
Responsibilities
- Working closely with Project Director, Project Manager, Marketing Manager, Conference Manager and/or our Partner/s, to plan and execute events.
- Strategize and execute marketing plan to recruit conference delegates, visitors and buyers for our events.
- Identify and secure media partners and trade associations for cross-promotions.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns which includes updating the website, engage target audience with regular e-DMs and e-Newsletters, online registration, social media marketing, digital advertising.
- Develop and manage databases and manage telemarketing campaigns.
- Work with PR agency to plan and execute public relation campaign, develop/manage media database, write press releases and speeches.
- Copywriting and proof-reading all marketing materials to ensure accuracy.
- Plan and execute above-the-line advertising strategies and the development of below-the-line promotional materials.
- Develop, conduct, consolidate and analyze exhibitor and visitor/buyer surveys.
- Conduct customer insights/needs analysis \xe2\x80\x93 understanding visitors/buyers through surveys, phone and/or face-to-face meetings.
- Liaise with agencies, suppliers and designers for the development and production of marketing materials.
- Manage marketing budget.
