Job Description

• Singapore Based (Changi South)
• 5 Days work per week (9am to 6pm)
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist. + Experience with social networking and knowledge of social analytics tools
• A background in content writing, WordPress, editing ( photos / videos / text ), presentation and communication will be preferred.
• An understanding of WordPress and search engine optimization. + Knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitive research, determine platforms, benchmark, identify messaging and develop a social media strategy.
• Develop, edit, publish, and share daily content ( original text, images, video / HTML ) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community engagement.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase company social content visibility.
• Make sure all user-generated content is moderated according to the community\'s moderation policy.
• Create syndication schedules and editorial calendars.
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
• Collaborate with other departments ( customer relations, sales etc ) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
