Industrial Real Estate Professional

• You want to be part of shaping the new era corporate core and flex space requirements
• You enjoy engaging clients, understanding their industrial space aspirations, negotiating, and concluding transactions
• You aspire to go beyond the ordinary in delivering client objectives and being rewarded according to the results achieved

Responsibilities

• Engage occupiers to nurture and secure consulting and space rationalising requirements
• Engage asset owners to understand their available spaces
• Conduct site inspections with occupiers and owners
• Negotiate and conclude transactions
• Gather real estate market information and intelligence in the daily course of work
• Collaborate with colleagues in all business aspects
• Business development through client relationship management
• Meet or exceed individual revenue target

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Real Estate or relevant fields
• Qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Technology savvy
• Candidates with years of relevant experience will be considered for more senior positions.
