Adecco is partnering our client, a famous Tech MNC
We are looking for a Marketing Insights Researcher
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
6-8 years of experience with extensive background in quantitative and qualitative research.
APAC regional experience
Experience solving blank slate/undefined problems and well-defined problems with a suitable methodology.
Experience synthesizing insights/learnings from multiple sources to build holistic and compelling recommendations.
Effective communication and presentation skills
Translate key business questions into a holistic learning plan
Design and execute research across foundational understanding of audiences, campaign development, creative and message testing - employing multiple research methods if needed in order to answer the objectives,
Identifying the right respondent recruitment, tradeoffs on selecting countries for fieldwork
Questionnaire crafting
Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations/implications that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organization
Work closely with cross functional teams from end to end (Marketing, Creative, Decision Science, Global Marketing Insights teams) - both for crafting research inputs (messages, creatives) but also to embed eventual insights with
