At Amazon Flex, we are looking for a Marketing Intern who will be responsible for creating delivery capacities and build effective communication channels to engage with these delivery partners.
The Marketing Intern should be familiar with top-of-the-funnel and middle-of-the-funnel marketing techniques to generate leads effectively. They should be adept at communicating effectively with these delivery partners.
The ideal candidate will be an innovator, communicator and problem solver. You will need to be analytical, think and act fast, and be apt at finding creative solutions to complex problems. You will contribute to delivering great engagement, effective programs, compelling content, strong and meaningful delivery partner experiences, all customized to local needs. Key job responsibilities
- Formulate a newly onboarded to Amazon Flex delivery partner engagement strategy to optimize delivery partner communications, retention tactics, and additional engagement channels.
- Drive data analysis operation improvements with automation, standardization and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive the newly onboarded and engaged delivery partner strategy insights, including analysing existing engagement tactics and suggesting how we can further optimize, understanding delivery partner funnel conversion and providing recommendations for how to increase yield, and driving input goals to ensure key conversion (Ex: onboard time to first route delivery, conversion yield) and engagement (ex: delivery partner satisfaction scores, comms open and engagement rates) metrics YoY.
- Develop marketing content and manage delivery partner communications.
- Oversee ad-hoc email-based marketing programs and support lifecycle-based communications.
- Deploy and operate various martech tools, e.g. Marketo, Adobe Analytics, and implement tracking and measurement mechanisms to report on performance.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to collect, analyze and synthesize data points for campaign planning and marketing performance reporting

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently in your penultimate year and pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree
- Graduating after December 2024
- Must be legally able to work in Singapore
- Able to commit to a full-time internship from July to December 2024
- Relevant work experience in marketing or marketing communications, preferably in the e-commerce, retail technology, or software industry
- Proven success in project management and communication skills
- Demonstrated track record in developing and crafting marketing content
- Highly detail-oriented and able to deal with ambiguity, readily organize and prioritize work with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
