WHO WE ARE:CloserStill Media run over 80 market leading business exhibitions in the learning, healthcare, technology, and veterinary sectors, with events in Asia, UK, Europe and USA.Our portfolio includes some of the fastest growing, and often award-winning events including the Singapore Vet Show, Big Data & AI World, Cloud & AI Infrastructure, Cyber Security World, Data Centre World, eCommerce Expo, Learning Technologies and DevLearn.We are the envy of the events sector with over 60 major industry awards including The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to work for three years in a row in 2018, 2019 and 2020!We have exciting growth plans over the next two to three years and are looking for ambitious and motivated people to join our award-winning teams.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Be in the thick of things, supporting and executing marketing efforts in the lead up to Tech Week Singapore 2025, happening 8-9 October 2025 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre!This internship provides you with hands-on experience, giving you front row seat to the
execution of one of the biggest tech trade show in Asia Pacific. If you are considering a career in MICE, this internship is perfect for you!Duration of commitment:

• To start at earliest March 2025 and to commit for a minimum of 3 months (if under an approved MOE education institution, then the duration is according to the internship requirements of the institution).

THE ROLE:Of Marketing Campaigns: Emails

• To prepare and adapt email campaigns (eDMs) targeted to specific tech audiences across the six co-located shows
• To design email banners on Canva or any online design platforms
• To refine the copy in email campaigns to suit the various targeted audiences
• To provide weekly report on the performance of the eDMs.

Of Marketing Campaigns: Social Media

• To support in timely posting of social media posts on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, as per listed in the social media calendar
• To create social posts on Canva or any preferred online design platforms
• To support in physical and online interviews of tech personalities and exhibitors
• To piece together videos on Canva or any preferred online design platforms
• To create compelling copy to hook readers on the various platforms
• To be in charge of creating monthly newsletters on LinkedIn

Partnership Deliverables

• To support the partnership PIC in delivering the terms of partnership contracts with existing associations and media, knowledge and community partners
• To support the partnership PIC in finding new partners for the event
• To ensure high customer satisfaction amongst the partners

Others

• To track all marketing campaigns are delivered across the various channels
• To support the team with fulfilling sponsorship deliverables
• To support the team with ad-hoc duties
• To undertake any other duties / projects as requested

ABOUT YOU:

• Great writing skills. You should be confident in writing technical copy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Good IT skills. You will be using content management systems, databases and email software.
• Ambition to develop your marketing career.
• Have something to teach us about social media.
• Get on well with people from all walks of life (and the ability to network and make new friends quickly!)
• Hold grace under pressure.
• Good attention to detail.
• Flexibility to accommodate extended working hours as needed around key show times.

WORK LOCATION:This role is based in Singapore at our Tanjong Pagar office and at MBS during show time.SALARY:
