About the Role

As a Marketing Intern - KOL Management at DeCard, you'll support the marketing team in building and managing a strong creator and community ecosystem across multiple markets. The role involves assisting with KOL sourcing, outreach, and day-to-day coordination, ensuring collaborations run smoothly and align with campaign goals and brand guidelines. You'll also help track performance metrics, compile reports, and identify insights to improve engagement, while gaining hands-on exposure to both strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced Web3 environment.

What You Will Do

As a Marketing Intern - KOL Management, you'll work closely with DeCard's marketing team and market-level KOL managers to help grow, engage, and manage DeCard's creator and community ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting KOL engagement across markets - Work alongside KOL managers in different markets to check in ongoing collaborations, track progress, and ensure campaigns are running smoothly. Assisting with KOL sourcing and outreach - Help identify relevant KOLs and creators across Web3, fintech, lifestyle, and payments. Support outreach efforts and maintain organised tracking of conversations and onboarding status. Managing day-to-day KOL coordination - Assist with briefing KOLs, following up on deliverables, timelines, and content submissions, and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Tracking performance & reporting - Monitor KOL performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), compile reports, and surface insights on what's working -- and where engagement can be improved. Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team across campaigns and initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to both strategy and execution in a fast-moving Web3 environment.
