Our client is seeking an exceptional

Marketing Lead

to manage the entire function for a reputable consumer services brand in Singapore, known for its strong market positioning and inclusive culture. This is a rare, high-impact mandate: you will be tasked with transforming the department from a mostly internally-focused service unit into a highly proactive, external-facing Brand and Business Unit. You will function as both a team leader and an owner in this execution-focused position, with end-to-end ownership of all marketing and digital campaigns.


You will join a well-established, financially stable brand with a proven track record, working alongside accomplished leaders and supportive peers.

Note: While this position is single-brand focused, individuals with experience marketing for multi-brands will be considered for a different, more senior position with a different organization.

Responsibilities

As the Marketing Lead, you will own the entire 360-degree marketing funnel and drive conversion through strategic branding and measurable lead generation. This is an execution-focused leadership role that requires you to personally champion the strategy and implementation of a hybrid channel mix. You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to align on pipeline targets. While you lead and mentor a dedicated team of specialists, your full-stack mandate includes directing the strategy across all core digital platforms: SEM, SEO, paid social, email, and website optimization.

Requirements

We require a strategic marketing professional with over 14 years' experience, with proven hands-on execution mastery in a B2C environment. Candidates from marketing agencies are welcome, but would ideally have exposure to

hybrid marketing

- specifically the inclusion and oversight of offline marketing campaigns. You are described as someone with strong interpersonal skills, confident to inspire cross-functional teams.
